




- A Consultant with a Masters in management/MBA, Pascal Beauchet began his career as a management controller before becoming Director of Operations with the Accor Group. In 1994, he founded PBB – now Primeum – on the premise that mathematical models can be useful in motivation research. This founding concept would give rise to a great many innovative calculation processes and a comprehensive process for analysing variable pay. An acknowledged expert, Pascal Beauchet heads the company’s Analysis and Innovation activities.
- A graduate of the École Polytechnique Sup'Aéro, Yvon Prévôt previously worked for a major aerospace company where he gained solid technical and managerial expertise. Since 2005, he has led Primeum's software modelling and development programme, masterminding the successful development of analytical methodologies, models and tools. In so doing, he is able to bring to bear the rigour of his engineering background to the art of motivation.
- Christophe Lasserre Ventura, a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion, started his professional life in the insurance industry, with some ten years’ experience in finance and management control. Then as Remuneration Director in the pharmaceutical industry, specialising in sales force motivation, he devised and implemented a number of variable pay plans. He joined Primeum in 1999, bringing with him his expert knowledge of banking, finance, insurance and industry.
- A graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques, with a Masters in management, Eric Mallet has extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Over a 15 year period, he divided his time between Human Resource missions and managing large sales forces. Eric is a project management and change-process specialist whose expert hands-on knowledge greatly assists in the implementation and oversight of client variable pay plans.
- Roger Turner heads Primeum’s UK subsidiary. An Oxford University and INSEAD graduate, he began his career in 1989 with TI Group, an international engineering specialist, where he occupied a series of senior international commercial roles. In 1997 Roger joined Johnson Matthey as Sales & Marketing Manager of a global chemicals business, before becoming General Manager. He has been in charge of Primeum’s British subsidiary since 2005, and oversees the firm’s assignments throughout Europe.
