  • verify performance results and the amount of any future bonus payment
  • simulate the sensitivity of bonus rewards to different potential actual values
  • visualise where they stand via user-friendly graphics.

The Primeum Bonus Calculator is a tool that managers can use to track, motivate and interpret their team’s performance. It also enables beneficiaries to validate their targets or commitments through a Workflow mechanism.

The Reporter can be configured to generate and export all types of report you require in whatever format (Excel, PDF, HTML, or as text flatfiles).
