Primeum intervenes before the Club of Medical Visit Managers (CGVM )


As part of the CGVM thematic workshops , Primeum led a brainstorming session on "5 operational issues concerning variable pay for sales teams which remains a genuine lever performance." At this meeting, Christophe Lasserre Ventura and Eric Mallet presented Premium's new offer, the outsourcing of the bonus calculation , to the members of the CGVM . This offer, proposed to pharmaceutical companies since the begining of this year, has already been adopted in France by Pfizer - Roche - Schering-Plough - Boehringer Ingelheim - UCB who trusted us to assist them in redeploying their inner resources.
